Just SOLD! 145 Acres $4,927,620

Legendary real estate investor John Brunetti has purchased 145 acres on Hwy 484 just east of I-75. The deal closed Wednesday for $4,927,620. The property is largely positioned for residential development with a mix of commercial. SVN was represented the Seller and was the only broker in the deal. Mr. Brunetti purchased the 226 acre "Good Chance" farm across the street in 2005 for $5,600,000.
